This facility allows you to perform searches on the Candidates registered in Palustris on a set of user defined criteria. Fields on a Candidate’s record can be searched upon either in isolation or in conjunction with other criteria. For example, you could search for all Candidates with particular skills, who would like to work in a specific location and who require a certain salary range. Once the search has been performed, the results of the search are displayed on another screen and the Candidate records can be further interrogated if required. Any set of criteria that you may wish to use again can be saved .

Benefits
This provides a very quick and efficient means of searching the Candidate database. For example, If a Client calls and asks if you have someone with some given skills, who is prepared to work in a certain location for a specified salary then you can enter these requirements as they speak and immediately have a list of suitable Candidates to hand to discuss with them. As the Candidate record can be viewed from the results screen, you can have a fully informed conversation with the Client about any/all of the ‘matched’ Candidates, so providing an efficient and comprehensive service to your Clients.
