A further dimension to the searching within PALUSTRIS allows the user to search for all Clients that match a chosen Candidate. The Client’s Requirements are matched against the details recorded on a Candidate’s Position Sought. All the standard user defined search criteria are available (see Candidate Search) and the results of the search are ranked by suitability and all search categories are available for further interrogation. The results will detail Clients with current vacancies which match the Candidate and Clients who have had vacancies with these requirements in the past.In addition, you can record information against companies that have never been your Clients but whose business is known to you. For example, you know that Company X employ plumbers, so you can record this information and then approach them if a plumber becomes a Candidate of yours.

Benefits

This facility is ideal for a situation where Candidates are scarce and you want to find a suitable Client/Vacancy for them. In addition to any current Vacancies, the ability to search historic Vacancies identifies those Clients who have had a requirement for this particular type of Candidate in the past and who may therefore be worth Contacting to promote your Candidate.
