PALUSTRIS offers extremely comprehensive and accurate automatic searching and matching facilities, based on a wide range of user defined criteria, such as skills/attributes, salary, location etc.These facilities allow the searching upon and matching of PALUSTRIS data, such as searching for all relevant Candidates for a given Vacancy. The search results are then presented in order of suitability dependent upon your chosen criteria. In addition, the Candidate Search can capture search criteria which are used to search the CVs of those Candidates found by the PALUSTRIS search engine. If the CV text matches the criteria entered then the “score” appears as an extra column in the standard search results screen e.g. perform a standard Candidate Search for Vacancy X but make sure that the Candidates returned have the text “Sales” in their CV.
A number of options are immediately available such as the ability to Email/SMS a number of Candidates to check their interest in a Vacancy.
