When a CV is Dragged and Dropped into PALUSTRIS, it will be automatically attached to the Documents section of the Candidate’s record. In addition, any number of other documents, such as agency copies of CVs can also be attached in the same section of the Candidate’s record.

Benefits

As CVs can be Dragged and Dropped easily from wherever they are stored, this means that you do not have to create Candidate Records for all your received CVs but only those of interest at a particular point in time – the rest can remain ‘Unregistered’ until you decide that a Candidate may be appropriate for a job. This allows you to maintain folders of unregistered CVs which can be searched as required and relevant Candidates registered, rather than having to register as Candidates all those who send you CVs Time is not wasted registering unsuitable Candidates, but when you do want to register a Candidate, the Drag and Drop process provides a simple and efficient mechanism for this.
