User Defined Fields

Feature

An unlimited number of User Defined Fields (UDFs) can be added to Candidates, Vacancies, Clients and Client Contacts. You can choose if they are Text, Number, Yes/No or Date fields and whether they appear on the Main Front Grid for each data type or not. All of these UDFs can be used as selection criteria when searching within the system either singularly or in conjunction with other UDFs and/or standard data.

Benefits

This provides the user with the ability to record whatever data they require in Palustris to ensure that it can be used to totally reflect their business requirements and operation. As these fields can be used as sort and selection criteria, they provide a totally flexible business tool and are not just appended as ‘Notes’ to records. The user can choose exactly what fields are required and what data is held in all of these fields.
