The Event Calendar allows the recording of any meetings, interviews etc, for any given day, in user defined time slots. Events can be entered for any user and reminders set if required. Events can be recorded for any date, with the required dates selected from scrollable calendars. Security permitting, other users’ Events can be viewed and PALUSTRIS Events can be exported to Outlook and viewed in conjunction with Events maintained there.

The Reminder facility can highlight to a Consultant that an Event is planned and will prompt them with this information whatever they are doing in the system.
