Feature
Journal entries can be made throughout all areas of PALUSTRIS to record any ‘transactions’ that are made by Consultants. For example, the details of a phone discussion can be recorded against a Client record and any other relevant records can be also updated simultaneously - the conversation will have been with a specific Client Contact and may relate to a specific Candidate and Vacancy and therefore PALUSTRIS will also update these records. All journals are timed and dated and logged against a particular Consultant. The medium is also recorded. All journal entries are presented in tabular form on all relevant PALUSTRIS records.
