Mail Merge within PALUSTRIS allows for the easy creation of
unlimited user defined templates using Microsoft Word, with the automatic
inclusion of all relevant selected PALUSTRIS data. Mail Merge can be invoked
at any stage of the recruitment process for user selected Candidates,
Clients, and Client Contacts etc or automatically invoked, dependent upon
your business practices, by using the EVENT PROGRAMMER. Mail Merge will also
allow for user defined ‘mail shots’. All relevant records will be updated to
record the generation of any documents.

Benefits
The inherent flexibility within Mail Merge means that you decide
the format, content and timing of all merge documents. Shall I send them as
an e mail attachment or a letter? What information shall I include on the
Interview Details letter? Shall I send the document to the Candidate and
Client? These are all your decisions! In addition, you can choose the
recipients of any mail shot. For example, all Clients in a particular market
sector, all Contacts with a given job function or all Candidates seeking a
particular position. As PALUSTRIS will automatically update all the relevant
records, you will always know who has received what and when.
