Outlook Import/Export

Feature

Outlook Contacts can be imported into Palustris to create either Candidate and/or Client Contact records, depending upon how they are categorised in Outlook. The import will create the relevant records in Palustris, including the Client record if a company is associated with a Contact in Outlook. If the Contact is for an existing Client in Palustris but at another location, the Client Site will be automatically created in Palustris. Palustris Candidates/Client Contacts can be exported to Outlook, either all of them or only those selected by the user. Outlook Contact records will be created and categorised in Outlook accordingly.

Benefits

If you already have information relating to Candidates/Clients maintained in Outlook, then the time taken to get up and running with Palustris is dramatically reduced as this function will automatically create all the relevant records in Palustris for you straight from the information already held in Outlook. On an ongoing basis, should you wish to maintain Contact information in both Palustris and Outlook, this feature ensures that the data only has to be maintained once.
