The flexible searching within PALUSTRIS allows multi directional searches to cater for varying market factors. Therefore, in addition to searching for Candidates for a given Vacancy, you can also search for Vacancies for a given Candidate. All the standard user defined search criteria are available (see Candidate Search) and the results of the search are ranked by suitability and all search categories are available for further interrogation.
